Baked cheesecakes aren't as common in the UK as the unbaked ones... but here's one that's worth trying whatever your pro-bake/anti-bake stance! It's simple and stunning.
For 16 generous portions you'll need:
MIX IT UP: If you want to try other flavours of jam do - Cherry works wonderfully, as does Apricot or Raspberry. (We've not yet tried Nutella or Peanut Butter, but they're on our to do list. If you try them before we do and they're good, let us know!) |
