Summer Cocktails

One holiday plus one blender plus four friends = four cocktails!

(NOTE: A shot size differs from country to country. So we've used ML here. That and we lost count of the number Holly used!! Haha)

For my FROZEN STRAWBERRY DAIQUIRI you'll need:

12 Frozen Strawberries
8-12 Ice Cubes
60ml-90ml Spiced Rum
120ml Lemonade/Sprite

For Holly's PLAYING DOCTOR you'll need:

60ml Amaretto
Cola

For Becky's DIRTY CHAI you'll need:

60ml Spiced Rum
240ml Cold Chai Tea*

*Brewed and strained using (Makes about 1 litre):

2 Chai Tea bags
2 Tbsp Honey
1 Small bunch of fresh Mint
1 Inch of fresh Ginger root

For my CHERRY MARIA you'll need:

60-90ml Tia Maria
60-90ml Vodka
8-12 Ice Cubes
Cupful of fresh Cherries (stones removed)
3 scoops of Ice Cream (Vanilla is good)
120ml Milk

Okay, I'm not the most fashionable but I like the way fashionistas launch their Look Books.

So here's mine ... for a delicious three course meal.

Homemade Toffee Vodka - perfect whether you're on the piste or on the p**s!

While Apres Ski in France with Holly Sheeran and Talk Becky Talk, look what we managed to make in the chalet's dishwasher!!!

(And if you've wondered what happens when you close that dishwasher door... you'll see here)

You'll need:

70cl Vodka (Cheap stuff is fine!)
100g Werther's Original (broken)
... a dishwasher (with a 65c/70c Cycle)

Stained Glass Biscuits

I don't normally suggest eating your Christmas Decorations - in fact, usually that's very bad, and as well as harming you could get you on the naughty list. These biscuits? They'll defo get you on the other list... for around a dozen biscuits (cutter size defines!) you'll need:

110g Butter
110g Caster Sugar
1 Egg (small)
200g Plain Flour (If you're egg is too big, you may need an extra 10-15g Plain Flour)
1/4 Tsp Baking powder
Pinch of salt
1 Tsp Cinnamon

Some boiled sweets
Food Colouring
