Nutty Millionaires

If Millionaire Shortbreads and Peanuts* had a baby - it would be this dreamboat of a treat.... You're welcome. (*Unless you're allergic. Then guess what? This is NOT the treat for you. Soz)

For a batch you'll need:

• 250g Shortbread
• 150g Dark Brown Sugar
• 210g Butter (60g in the base, 150g in the Caramel)
• 397g/1 Tin Condensed milk
• 300g Salted Peanuts
• 200g Dark Chocolate
• (PLUS an extra knob of butter to soften the chocolate so you don't lose all your filling when you cut it!)
