It's almost hard to believe that a soup that's so easy to make could be this tasty... This is packed with flavour - sweet, gently hot and sour, all at once! A combination that's almost impossible to explain, but once you've tried it - you'll be addicted!
Hard to believe a soup this tasty... could be so easy to make!
For two generous portions you'll need:
500ml Chicken Stock (Obvs enough: swap this to Vegetable Stock for veggie version, and a gluten free one for GF version)
3 tbs Rice Vinegar (or White Wine Vinegar)
1 tbs Soy Sauce
1 tbs Sugar
2 Red Chillies
3 Spring Onions
1 Inch Ginger
300g Prawns. (We've used cooked, but you could use raw. Swap these for mushrooms if making a vegetarian version)
