A dessert with a twang and a twist. Natural yoghurt gives this a powerful tangy taste and, with coconut and honey, makes for an almost perfectly 'clean' version of this yummy dessert. It's only made 'dirty' by the Nutella (And who'd turn their back on that!)
500 ml Natural/Greek Yoghurt
250 ml Coconut Cream (Not milk)
1 Tbsp Honey
Nutella (As much as you like!)
To serve: Cut this and let it start to melt/soften before you tuck in. I served mine with fresh cherries and a drizzle of chocolate sauce - but it's good too with an extra dollop or two of Nutella.
