This world-famous Italian dessert, made easy. Light creamy layers sharply contrasted with bitter sweet coffee layers. Tiramisu is a favourite around the world, and here's how to make my version of it. You'll need:
4 Eggs (separated into whites and yolks)
4 Tbs of sugar
250g Mascarpone cheese
200g Sponge fingers / Boudoir fingers / lady fingers - however you know them.
2 tsp Espresso coffee powder
(optional) Shot of your favourite liqueur.
