A great starter or delicious snack or lunch. It's quick and easy to make. Rubbed with garlic, and served with fresh basil and a drizzle of balsamic it's a rich flavoursome treat. Quantities seem vague - but you can reduce it for one portion, but usually (As a social dish) you'll be making a few portions at a time I suspect. So you'll need:
2 Pieces of baguette/crusty bread per person
2 Garlic cloves (if you're making several portions at once. Just one otherwise)
1 Vine ripe tomato per person
1/4 Red onion per person
4 tsp of Balsamic Glaze or vinegar (for a group portion. One tsp per portion) You can check out how to make it in the Dishes by Type on the right hand column.
