Picnic Loaf

To mark National Picnic Week in the UK - forget the soggy, old-hat sandwiches, and check out my colourfully layered Picnic Loaf! You'll need:

• A cob/bloomer/Loaf
  
• Pesto
  
• Cheese: I really recommend mozzarella
  
• Roasted veg: Sweet peppers or courgettes work brilliantly
  
• Salad leaves: I love spinach, rocket or watercress
  
• Salad veg: Tomatoes or beetroot work well
  
• Cured Meats: Hams, pepperoni or salami work great
