Cranberry Vodka

Not Cranberry Juice & Vodka - this is Cranberry Vodka. So simple and so smooth. You'll wonder why you didn't do it years ago. You'll need: 

• 300g of Fresh Cranberries (freeze them, then thaw them - then you don't need to waste time piercing each and every one. The skins will soften and they'll readily give up their flavour!)
  
• 500g of Sugar 
  
• 70cl Bottle of Vodka (doesn't need to be a top-shelf brand)
  
• 1x 2L sized Kilner jar/latched or screw top jar. (Vitally needs to be watertight!)
