Churros

There are dishes you see on menus that you love, but never think to try at home - because you didn't know you could. THIS IS ONE OF THOSE... and let me show you how. Served with the most amazingly addictive Chocolate Dipping Sauce EVER. You'll need:

• 275g Plain Flour 
  
• 1 tsp Baking Powder
  
• 50g Butter
  
• 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract 
  
• 350ml Boiling Water
  
• Pinch of Salt
• 100g Caster Sugar 
  
• 2 tsp Ground Cinnamon 
  

For the sauce

• 200g Chocolate
  
• 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract 
  
• 100ml Double Cream 
  
• 100ml Whole Milk
  
• 3 tbs Golden Syrup
