Just found your YouTube Channel but couldn't comment there as I don't like to subscribe to Google. But wow, all I can say is that you have some of the best cooking videos on YouTube! Great recipes and finally a male chef that is also some nice eye candy ;) x

Aw thanks Andrew, that's very kind of you to say.... and it's lovely to have you along. I think Youtube is changing soon (they've conceded that Google+ has been a fail, and you soon won't have to sign-in with it, so I gather!). Hi Michelle... Yes you can use any Jam. Apricot or Cherry work well too if you're not a raspberry fan.... and the chocolate and cream are listed above... (it's 385g Dark Choc for the whole recipe - 120g melted in it, 265g for the ganache/topping. Which is explained in the video too) Cream, as it says, is 120 ml. : )
