Hi Sacha, thanks for the lovely receipe. May I ask if you have the step by step instruction? Also, may I know what is the use of the double cream for? And double cream = heavy whipping cream? Sorry for so many questions.
Yes, there's a link to the video which gives you the step by step (we're a video channel not a blog, so no written steps) and double cream brings down the richness of the cream cheese. Depending on where you are - yes that's heavy cream. (Some of these British v rest of world things are in our conversions table to help too : ) )
