Chicken Tandoori

Dry cooked curry-spiced Chicken. Low in fat, high in flavour. No calorific (or cal'horrific!) sauce. This is a warming dish not a mouth-scorcher (the Chilli powder is that only 'hot' spice here, really). For mains, for two people you'll need:

• 350g Chicken breast - sliced
  
• 3 tsp Cumin (Ground)
  
• 3 tsp Paprika
  
• 3 tsp Coriander (Ground)
  
• 2 tsp Garam Masala 
  
• 1.5 tsp Ginger (Ground)
  
• 1.5 tsp Cinnamon (Ground)
  
• 1 tsp Chilli or Cayenne Pepper
  
• 2 Garlic cloves (Grated)
  
• 1 Lemon (Whole if small, half if large - juiced)
  
• Fresh Coriander & Greek Yoghurt to serve.
