Carrot Slaw

It's Law. Summer needs slaw! This one is simple to make but full of flavour.... and it's orange. What's not to love? It was a recipe I got while in Turkey - on a boat....  (Check out that amazing boat trip)

You'll need: 

• 250g Grated Carrot
  
• 140g Greek Yoghurt
  
• 30g Mayonnaise
  
• 1 tsp Vinegar (or Lemon Juice)
  
• 3 Garlic cloves
